Made in 1987 based on a recipe that dates back to 1761, Bombay Sapphire is the result of a vapour infusion of a dozen different plants (including juniper, coriander, almonds, lemon, angelica and liquorice) in suspended copper baskets. This technique results in a refined and elegant gin that is lighter than many others.
